Technically this is the best hoodie to print – we went out of our way to give you the flattest surface to print on, eliminate bleed and dye migration, and to have shrinkage under 2%. This is designed to be printed without shrinking out of registration under your flash cures, and it wont melt or go hard or crusty like the cheap recycled materials. You wont get nasty surprise calls from your customers down the track as the colour bleeds or the print looking “moldy” when recycled lycra bleeds into the ink, because this fabric is designed by printers, for printers to be easy, safe, and comfy wearing. We recommend using Polyester white for screenprinting, but in our trials we had little bleed at all with only cotton inks and in some cases without even underbasing… This fabric is very safe under flashes and dryers. No recycled materials that cause problems in this product.
